CHT Security (7765) Hits Record High in Q1 Revenue and Profit with EPS of NT$3.38; Showcases Capabilities at RSAC USA
CHT Security (7765), a leading cybersecurity provider, announced its self-reported financial results for the first quarter of 2026 today. Driven by AI-powered security demands, emerging field requirements, and steady growth in recurring revenue from Internet security and SOC (Security Operations Center) monitoring and response services, the company’s March revenue reached NT$223 million, a 48% month-over-month increase and a 23% year-over-year increase. Cumulative revenue for the first quarter totaled NT$597 million, up 16% year-over-year, with a cumulative net income of NT$137 million, representing an 11% year-over-year growth. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter reached NT$3.38, hitting a new record high for both revenue and profitability.
Dual Engines: Recurring Revenue and AI Security Drive Performance to New Heights
CHT Security stated that all three major product lines—Network Security, Professional Cybersecurity Services, and Cybersecurity Product Sales—exhibited robust growth in the first quarter. The growth momentum stems from two main pillars: first, the company’s recurring revenue, supported by a steady increase in contract customers for Network security and SOC/MDR (Managed Detection and Response) services. Second, one-time project revenue benefited from rising demands for AI security and Red Teaming in the financial, healthcare, and high-tech sectors. This includes assisting clients in deploying AI-based Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Shadow AI Protection. The company also provides security testing, AI governance health checks, and advisory services for AI models and applications for both government and enterprise clients. Furthermore, the overseas market contributed to revenue growth through new contracts from international semiconductor and financial sector clients.
Active Overseas Expansion: Showcasing SecuTex NP/ED at RSAC USA and Japan IT Week
To expand its international footprint, CHT Security made its debut at the RSAC 2026 Conference in San Francisco, the world’s largest cybersecurity event, in late March. This was followed by participation in "IT Week," Japan’s largest comprehensive IT exhibition, in early April. In addition to showcasing SOC/MDR and Red Teaming services, the company focused on promoting its self-developed cybersecurity products: SecuTex NP and SecuTex ED.
SecuTex NP is a Network Anomaly Detection and Forensic system, while SecuTex ED is an endpoint security software that integrates Asset Management, Configuration Baseline management, and malicious activity hunting. These proprietary products are built upon real-world network threat intelligence, forensic data, and independent R&D capabilities. They have already been widely adopted by major government agencies, critical infrastructure providers, and high-tech industries in Taiwan. Participation in these international exhibitions demonstrates the company's leading expertise in cybersecurity professional services and self-developed products. Additionally, the company engaged with global cybersecurity giants to discuss collaboration frameworks covering cloud, network, and endpoint security. Concrete, forward-looking cybersecurity applications and services are expected to be available to customers in the near future.
Outlook for 2026
Looking ahead to 2026, as enterprises accelerate the adoption of AI, Cloud, and OT (Operational Technology), cybersecurity defense has become a rigid demand and a necessary investment. CHT Security remains optimistic about maintaining its double-digit growth target.
