CHT Security Reports April Revenue of NT$246 Million, Up 75% YoY; Unveils New AI Security Services at CYBERSEC 2026

CHT Security (7765) held its Q1 2026 investor conference on May 12. The company reported first-quarter revenue of NT$598 million, a 16% year-on-year (YoY) increase. Net income after tax reached NT$138 million, up 11% YoY, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$3.38. Continuing this strong momentum, April revenue hit NT$246 million, a substantial 75% YoY growth, marking a record high for the same period.

The Q1 performance was driven by a steady increase in subscribers for Internet Security and SOC/MDR (Managed Detection and Response) services, leading to a 10.7% YoY growth in recurring revenue. Revenue from one-off projects rose 20.5% YoY, fueled by rising demand for AI security and Red Teaming services. In overseas markets, the company secured contracts from international semiconductor and financial sectors, propelling overseas revenue by 331% YoY. A primary growth driver is the demand for AI security; as enterprises adopt AI and Agentic AI applications, the need for robust AI security solutions has become urgent. In response, CHT Security has launched a suite of solutions, including "AI SOC Monitoring," "AI Application Security Testing," "AI Security Health Check," and "AI Incident Response."

Jeff Hung, General Manager of CHT Security, stated that while enterprises are rapidly adopting AI and Agentic AI to enhance competitiveness, many struggle to govern the AI services used by employees. This creates the "Shadow AI" phenomenon, leading to risks such as trade secret and sensitive data leakage. Furthermore, employees’ over-reliance on AI carries the risk of "hallucinations." Self-developed AI applications also face threats like prompt injection and model theft, while unmanaged Agentic AI poses significant operational risks. Consequently, CHT Security is showcasing its "Multi-layered AI Security Architecture and Services" at CYBERSEC 2026. This framework helps enterprises build effective defenses across the network, gateway, endpoint, and browser levels, complemented by continuous AI SOC monitoring and response services.

CHT Security’s AI SOC monitoring service integrates its proprietary on-premise Security AI engine into the SRM (Security Risk Management) platform. Clients can utilize an "AI Assistant" with a natural language interface to understand their security posture, analyze incidents, receive recommendations, and execute commands. The "AI Incident Analysis Engine" employs multi-stage cyber kill chain analysis to detect and respond to incidents in seconds, generating automated reports within minutes, thereby achieving an intelligent defense mechanism of "AI vs. AI."

Looking ahead to 2026, the company expects recurring revenue to grow steadily. With NT$800 million to NT$900 million in one-off project contracts already secured for Q2 through Q4, combined with emerging opportunities in AI, cloud, and new-domain security, the company’s growth foundation remains solid. CHT Security maintains a positive and optimistic outlook for its continued expansion.
