CHT Security Shares Expertise at GCTF Cybersecurity Workshop in Guatemala
GUATEMALA CITY —6 April 2026 — CHT Security was invited to contribute its technical leadership at the 2026 GCTF (Global Cooperation and Training Framework) Cybersecurity Workshop. Held in Guatemala, the workshop focused on the critical theme of “Cybersecurity Challenges in the Digital Age,” addressing how the rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the global threat landscape.
As AI accelerates digital transformation, it also equips malicious actors with increasingly complex tools, creating unprecedented risks for enterprises. Representing CHT Security, Vice President Jerry Wang engaged in technical knowledge-sharing sessions with international experts, focusing on the practical application of digital resilience and cross-border technical cooperation.
During the sessions, Jerry highlighted the importance of "Cybersecurity Resilience." This strategic approach advocates for the adoption of responsive defense technologies and the implementation of rigorous security assessments. By strengthening international cybersecurity standards, CHT Security aims to provide a robust defense against the use of AI-driven tools to infiltrate critical infrastructure.
Regarding emerging technologies, the source details safety standards for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and supply chain autonomy, while emphasizing the importance of protecting AI core data to maintain digital sovereignty.
It also advocates that cybersecurity should shift from the traditional concept of "complete defense" to "rapid recovery," calling for the establishment of a joint defense network through international cooperation.
Through this workshop, CHT Security successfully shared its practical operational experience and explored new avenues for technical collaboration. By working with global partners to establish unified security frameworks, CHT Security continues to drive the development of comprehensive information security protections on an international scale.
